Modern architectural touches mark this Lake Cochituate home. This project was a custom build of a lakefront home featuring three highly functional floors of living and entertaining space. Sleek clean lines, three bedrooms, custom entertainment level, and vaulted open living space make waterfront living dreamy.

The goal: The homeowners wanted ample space to live, entertain, exercise, and work at their new home on an expansive lakefront lot. The Brenshaw custom home builders' team loved the opportunity to create three levels of lake-facing space to maximize the dramatic water views. On the main level a vaulted wall of windows offers panoramic views of Lake Cochituate and organic materials― stained maple flooring, a stone and granite arched island, glazed maple cabinetry, and a tray ceiling offers complementary and contrasting elements in the open living-dining-kitchen space. The main level also features a primary bedroom suite.

On the top floor two bedrooms share a spacious open sitting area. And the lower lever which serves as an open-concept entertainment space with a full glass wall facing the lake, a walk out stone patio, and guest accommodations with full bath, perfect for visitors après lake.
